We are currently looking for an energetic, multilingual (LUX-DE-FR-EN), sensitive and open-minded mobile secretary (M / F / ..)

Post: As an Mobile Secretary, you will be responsible for the following subjects:

  • General office support
  • Writing and layout of working documents requested
  • Text entry of requested working documents
  • Classification and updating of working documents
  • Keeping and monitoring of agendasMail processing
  • Support and management of telephone calls
  • Stock management
  • Data encoding
  • Telephone and physical reception
  • Telephone prospecting
  • Computer file management
  • Waiting room management
  • Cash management
  • Management of door openings and closings
  • Management of alarm and video camera installations
  • Participation in internal and external meetings
  • Regular reports and feedback to direct supervisors.
  • Any other secretarial or office workProfile

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Speaks Luxembourgish, German, French, English fluently – compulsory; any additional language is an asset Dynamic and motivated with great prioritization and organizational skills; Able to multitask and work with different demands at the same time; Willingness to support colleagues in different tasks; Work experience in the administrative field of at least six months.
